I have installed chrome on a work pc and logged in my google account in chrome, so everything is synchronized between my work pc and home pc, phones etc. Good, but now I find if anyone log on my work pc and opened the chrome they can see everything from my activity. How can I remove the account on the work pc? I don't want to delete the account as I am using it on my other devices just want to wipe out everything on that work pc and stop syncing on the work pc. I don't want to uninstall chrome as I will need to use it on the work pc.
I have tried logout my account, but every time I open chrome, it has my name on the top right (besides the minimize, maximize, close window buttons ) which seems logged me in automatically and I can still see all the book marks.

According to chrome support site:In the upper right corner click the chrome menu, go to settings and then under sign in click disconnect your google account. Confirm your action in the dialog popping up.Regarding the automatic login here's a quote from the support site that might help:
'If you're being automatically signed in to your Google Account, you may have enabled either a password-storing feature in your browser, or the Google Accounts option to 'Stay signed in.' Learn more about stored passwords in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Windows Internet Explorer.
Check if the Google Accounts 'Stay signed in' option is actually enabled. Visit the Google Accounts homepage and verify if the checkbox below the Sign In button is selected. If it's selected, delete your browser's cookies.
Each time you sign in to your Google Account, make sure the 'Stay signed in' option isn't selected. '

I got it right, thanks for the answer but it's not that complicated. I have logged out, but there is one more step, in the settings, there was still my account listed (my name with an ninja icon), mouse hover over it, and there will be a 'x' to right, click the 'x', and me is gone, nothing left. Restart chrome and I can see a fresh chrome.

Removing Entries
When the drop-down list of suggestions appear, you can highlight an entry by pressing the down arrow key. Press 'Shift-Delete' to remove the highlighted entry from the list. If you want to remove multiple entries, visit your browser history by pressing 'Ctrl-H.' Click the check box next to each entry you wish to remove and select 'Remove Selected Items' to delete the selected entries. Alternatively, choose 'Clear Browsing Data' to remove all entries. Lastly, to remove predictive suggestions, select 'Settings' from the Chrome menu, click 'Show Advanced Settings' and deselect 'Use a Predictive Service...' in the Privacy section.
